All orders are processed from Lagos and dispatched through trusted third-party logistics partners.

DELIVERY COVERAGE

We currently deliver to:

  • Western Nigeria
  • All other states nationwide, including Northern Nigeria

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines below are estimates and may vary slightly due to logistics conditions, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

📍 Lagos State

  • Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days
  • Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time, location, and logistics availability

📍 Western Nigeria

(Including Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure, Osogbo, Ilorin, and surrounding areas)

  • Delivery timeline: Within 2 business days
  • 📍 Other States Nationwide (Including Northern Nigeria)
  • Delivery timeline: 2–5 business days

PAY ON DELIVERY (POD)

  • Pay on Delivery is available only for selected Men’s Shoes
  • POD availability depends on:
  • Product type
  • Stock availability
  • Delivery location
  • Some Men’s Shoes do not qualify for POD due to limited stock or high demand

Customers are advised to confirm POD eligibility before placing an order.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Delivery method

The exact delivery fee is:

  • Clearly communicated
  • Confirmed via WhatsApp or phone
  • Approved by the customer before dispatch

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY UPDATES

  • Orders are processed only after:

  • Payment confirmation (for prepaid orders), or
  • Order verification (for eligible POD orders)

  • Once dispatched:

    • Delivery updates or tracking details are shared where available

  • Our support team remains available to assist customers until delivery is completed
