How to Place an Order From Elite & Famous Marketplace

Shopping with Elite & Famous Marketplace is designed to be simple and secure.

Products on our website may be available for Pay on Delivery, online prepayment, or both, depending on the product.

Before placing an order, please select the correct size, colour, quantity or other available product options where applicable.

1. UNDERSTAND THE GREEN & RED ORDER INDICATORS

On applicable product pages, you may see a GREEN or RED order-status indicator.

These indicators help you understand the payment options available for that product.

🟢 GREEN — PAY ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE

A green Pay on Delivery Available indicator means that the product is eligible for Pay on Delivery.

Pay on Delivery is optional.

If you prefer to pay online, you may still use Buy It Now or Add to Cart and complete payment through our secure website checkout.

If you want to use Pay on Delivery, follow the Pay on Delivery ordering process explained below.

🔴 RED — PREPAID ONLY

A red Prepaid Only indicator means that the product is not eligible for Pay on Delivery.

The order must be paid for through our website checkout before it can be processed for dispatch.

You may use:

Buy It Now when purchasing a single product and you want to proceed directly to checkout; or
Add to Cart when purchasing multiple products or when you want to continue shopping before checkout.

2. SELECT YOUR PRODUCT OPTIONS

Before proceeding with your order, select all applicable product options displayed on the product page.

Depending on the product, this may include:

Size
Colour
Quantity
Other available product variants or specifications

Please review your selection carefully before proceeding.

For footwear, customers who are unsure about sizing may contact our support team for assistance before ordering.

3. HOW TO ORDER USING PAY ON DELIVERY

Pay on Delivery is available for selected eligible Men’s Shoes nationwide, subject to product availability, order verification and delivery feasibility.

When a product displays the GREEN — Pay on Delivery Available indicator and you want to use POD:

Select the correct size, colour and other applicable product options.
Click Order via WhatsApp.
Our structured website order form will open.
Complete the required customer and delivery information, including your:
- Full name
- Email address
- Active phone number
- State/location
- Delivery address
- Landmark, where applicable
Read and acknowledge the ₦3,000 upfront commitment-payment requirement.
Click Continue to WhatsApp.

Your selected product and applicable order information will then be transferred to our designated WhatsApp order channel.

Our team will review the request and confirm the availability of the selected product and variant before providing the applicable commitment-payment instructions and proceeding with the order.

Important

Submitting the website POD form or sending the order to WhatsApp does not automatically confirm the order.

The selected product, size, colour or other applicable variant must first be verified by our team.

Every eligible website POD order requires a ₦3,000 upfront commitment payment before processing for dispatch, including orders within Lagos.

The ₦3,000 commitment payment:

Is not an additional charge
Is not the delivery or waybill fee
Forms part of the customer’s total order payment
Is deducted from the final amount payable

The applicable delivery or waybill charge is determined separately according to the customer’s location and delivery arrangement.

4. PAYING ONLINE FOR A GREEN POD-ELIGIBLE PRODUCT

Seeing a green Pay on Delivery Available indicator does not mean you must use Pay on Delivery.

Customers who prefer to make full payment online may proceed through the normal website checkout.

You can:

Click Buy It Now to proceed directly toward checkout; or
Click Add to Cart if you want to purchase additional products before checking out.

Once full online payment has been successfully completed, the order will be processed as a prepaid order rather than a Pay on Delivery order.

5. HOW TO ORDER A RED — PREPAID ONLY PRODUCT

If a product displays the RED — Prepaid Only indicator, Pay on Delivery is not available for that product.

First select the applicable size, colour, quantity or other product options.

If You Are Buying Only That Item

Click Buy It Now to proceed directly toward checkout.

If You Are Buying Multiple Products

Click Add to Cart.

You can continue shopping and add other products to your cart. When you are ready, open your cart and proceed to checkout.

6. COMPLETE THE WEBSITE CHECKOUT

During checkout, provide accurate customer and delivery information as requested.

Please review:

Your selected products
Product variants
Quantities
Contact information
Delivery information
Applicable charges
Final order total

If you have a valid discount code for an applicable promotion, enter it in the appropriate discount-code field during checkout.

Review the updated order total before completing payment.

7. SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT

Online payments made through our website are securely processed through Paystack.

Depending on the payment options available at checkout, customers may be able to pay using supported methods such as:

Debit or credit card
Bank transfer
USSD
Mobile money
Other available Paystack payment options

The exact payment methods available will be displayed during checkout.

After successful payment confirmation, the order proceeds for processing and applicable customer follow-up.

Customers should make payments only through payment channels officially provided or confirmed by Elite & Famous Marketplace.

8. ORDER VERIFICATION & PROCESSING

Orders are processed after the applicable requirements have been completed.

For Prepaid Orders

Processing begins after successful payment confirmation and any applicable order verification.

For Pay on Delivery Orders

Processing begins after:

Product and selected variant availability have been verified
Customer and delivery information have been reviewed
Delivery feasibility has been confirmed where required
The required ₦3,000 upfront commitment payment has been received and verified

Where clarification is required, our team may contact the customer before processing or dispatch.

9. DELIVERY

Elite & Famous Marketplace provides nationwide delivery across Nigeria.

General estimated delivery timelines are:

Lagos: Same day to 2 working days
Outside Lagos: Approximately 2–5 working days after order processing and dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, logistics availability and other circumstances affecting delivery.

Applicable delivery or waybill charges are separate from the ₦3,000 POD commitment payment and will be displayed or communicated as appropriate.
