How to Qualify

• Shop eligible products worth ₦20,000 or more in a single order.
• Choose an available delivery option for your location.

• Our team will confirm delivery eligibility and any applicable additional charges.

Lagos Delivery

Qualifying orders enjoy free standard home or office delivery within our ₦3,000 delivery allowance.

For locations where delivery costs exceed ₦3,000, the customer pays only the additional amount. Any extra charge will be communicated before payment or order confirmation.

Interstate Delivery

Qualifying orders outside Lagos enjoy free delivery to approved logistics pickup centres or motor parks where our delivery partners provide service.

Customers collect their orders from the designated pickup location.

Optional home or office delivery from the pickup centre may be arranged separately with the local logistics agent at the customer's expense.

Payment Options

Prepaid Orders: Eligible delivery savings apply through the website checkout, subject to the available shipping options and confirmed promotional eligibility.

Pay on Delivery: Eligible POD orders also qualify for the promotion. Our sales team will verify the order and apply the delivery benefit during processing.

The existing ₦3,000 POD commitment fee remains applicable. It is part of the order payment and is not a delivery charge.

Additional Customer Appreciation Discount

Returning customers with the EFMTHANKS2K appreciation offer may also enjoy their qualifying ₦2,000 discount alongside the free-delivery promotion, subject to the existing discount conditions.
