🚚 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Nigeria

  • Lagos: Same day – 48 hours
  • Other states: 2–5 working days

International Deliveries

  • Benin Republic: 2–4 working days
  • Togo: 3–5 working days
  • Ghana: 4–7 working days
  • Cameroon: 4–7 working days

💰 DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery fees are determined by:

  • Destination
  • Order size and weight
  • Product category
  • Delivery method

  • All delivery fees are confirmed and approved before dispatch
  • Delivery fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated
  • Within Nigeria, delivery fees typically range between ₦3,000 – ₦5,000

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day

For international orders:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

❗ FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may attract redelivery charges
  • Orders not claimed within the logistics provider’s holding period may be:
  • Returned, or

    • Handled according to the logistics partner’s policy

Any additional costs incurred may be borne by the customer.
